1. Service Description

The Service helps overseas buyers research 1688.com suppliers by generating English-language due diligence reports from publicly visible page data. The Service is a research tool only — not a marketplace, broker, or payment facilitator.

2. Accounts & Subscriptions

• You must provide a valid email to create an account
• Paid plans (Starter, Pro) are billed monthly through Creem
• You may cancel anytime from your account billing portal; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Usage limits (searches, reports) reset each billing cycle per your plan

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, scrape, or overload our servers beyond normal product usage
• Share your API key with unauthorized third parties
• Resell or redistribute reports as a data feed without permission
• Use the Service for illegal activities or to misrepresent supplier information

4. No Warranty

Reports are provided "as is" based on publicly available data. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any business decision. You are responsible for your own due diligence before placing orders with suppliers.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from supplier transactions, shipping issues, product quality, or business decisions made using our reports.
