  • Supplier URLs: 1688.com URLs you choose to analyze (stored as part of report history)
  • Payment data: Processed by Creem (our Merchant of Record). We do not store card numbers

  • We do not collect browsing history beyond 1688.com pages you analyze
  • We do not collect private chats, messages, or non-public supplier data
  • We do not sell your data to third parties
  • We do not use tracking cookies for advertising

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Generate and deliver supplier intelligence reports
  • Manage your account and subscription
  • Authenticate the Chrome extension via your API key
  • Improve the service and fix bugs

4. Data Storage & Security

  • Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text
  • API keys are stored securely and can be rotated from your account
  • Report data is retained for up to 12 months; you may request deletion

5. Third-Party Services

  • Creem — Payment processing and tax compliance (Merchant of Record)
  • 1688.com — Public data source (we only access publicly visible page information)
