How do I compare suppliers?

  1. Open a 1688 offer page with the Chrome extension installed
  2. Click Add to Compare on 2–5 similar suppliers
  3. Open the Compare basket → Generate Comparison Report
  4. Paste your API key from Account when prompted

Why does Compare ask for an API key?

Compare links to your account. Free includes 2 lifetime trials; Starter unlocks ongoing Compare. Copy it from https://1688intel.com/account after logging in.

What are the Compare limits?

  • Free: 2 lifetime Compare trials (up to 3 suppliers)
  • Starter: ongoing Compare up to 3 suppliers
  • Pro: up to 5 suppliers per comparison
  • Each comparison uses 1 report credit

Dashboard search

Why does website search need the Chrome extension?

Dashboard keyword search runs in your Chrome browser (not on our servers) so results stay reliable and avoid 1688 anti-bot blocks.

  • Install the extension and save your API key from Account
  • Keep Chrome open while searching — usually 15–60 seconds
  • Make sure you can open 1688.com in Chrome (sign in if prompted)
  • Repeat searches for the same keyword within 24h may load instantly from cache

How do I cancel?

Log in → Account → Manage Billing (Creem customer portal). Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
